California Civil Code Sections 1798.115(c), 1798.130(a)(5), 1798.130(c), and 1798.140 state: that organizations should indicate whether the following categories of personal data are collected, transferred for „valuable consideration,“ or transferred to an organization for commercial purposes (as defined by California law). The table below shows the categories of personal data we collect and transfer in a wide range of contexts. Please note that due to its complete list, this list may relate to types of information we collect and disclose about people other than you. For example, while we collect banking information from our current employees, we do not collect bank account information from candidates who have not yet been hired. This privacy policy applies only to the personal data of all persons who wish to be employed, are or have been employed by Nutrie (together a „collaborator“). We have developed other documents describing our privacy policies and practices regarding our customers, suppliers and other parties with whom we interact (see our „Privacy Policy“) and the information collected on our website (see our „Web Privacy Statement“). When you submit an application through our website, your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Employee Privacy Policy and the Web Privacy Policy. In addition, the employee secrecy agreement applies until the employee is dismissed, and sometimes even for a period after the dismissal.
