After signing the document, the noting party must file the document and its original share certificate with the company whose shares were transferred to confirm the transfer. For example, if you sold your shares in an XYZ company to your colleague, you would sign this share transfer agreement. 5.7 Any delay or otherwise in the terms of this Share Transfer Agreement and any delay in responding to a breach of its lifetime by a party shall not constitute a waiver of such rights. 4.
